1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "User", "you", or "your"), and Waja44 (hereinafter "Waja44", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://waja44.cam.

By accessing the Waja44 website, registering an account, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money and, where applicable, Bonus Funds.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the User via approved payment methods, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on any game, event, or market available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Payment Methods" means the approved deposit and withdrawal channels supported by Waja44, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with Waja44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by law;
5. You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of Waja44 or its affiliated companies;
6. You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the Platform;
7. You are registering with your own true and accurate personal information — no fictitious, borrowed, or shared identities.

Waja44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any Account where eligibility conditions are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

Each User may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different email addresses, names, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accrued across such accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change. Waja44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access the Platform through your Account. You agree to notify Waja44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Waja44 is obligated to implement and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing standards. As a condition of full Account access — and in particular as a prerequisite for processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds — you may be required to submit identity and address verification documents.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad — front and back);
• Valid Malaysian or international passport (photo page);
• Valid Malaysian driver's licence;
• Proof of current residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document with your face clearly visible.

Waja44 will endeavour to complete the KYC review process within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Waja44 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Waja44 supports the following approved Payment Methods:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Banking Network: FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are processed instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. Waja44 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests are targeted for processing within the same business day, with most DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals completing within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Waja44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to any transaction processed through the Platform. Any such action constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, legal recovery action, and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by Waja44 are subject to specific promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. By claiming any promotion, you agree to the associated terms. The following general provisions apply to all Waja44 promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Specific requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page;
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinated bonus abuse, including collusion or the use of multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate forfeiture and Account closure;
• Waja44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Where a conflict exists between these General Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion;
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts within 24 hours of the player's registered birthday date, subject to minimum activity requirements and active Account status.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Waja44 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, Waja44's records shall be definitive, subject to the complaints procedure outlined below.

Sports betting markets — including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and other international sporting competitions — are governed by the market-specific rules published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion and are subject to real-time suspension. Waja44 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing or data error is identified.

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and lottery products, operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology or regulated live dealer systems from licensed providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are governed by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Waja44 will take immediate action — including Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities — upon discovery of any such activity:

• Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if you are a Prohibited User under Section 3;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripted interaction to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, faults, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to transfer funds between Accounts without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage the reputation, operations, or technical infrastructure of Waja44.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Waja44 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, game titles, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of Waja44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Waja44. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon closure of your Account or breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waja44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond Waja44's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or acts of government);
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to take reasonable steps to secure your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, Waja44's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Waja44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to Waja44's satisfaction;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is suspected;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder;
• The Account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any Real Money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by Waja44 for operational reasons unrelated to User conduct, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the Waja44 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules and the resulting balance returned where applicable.

13 Responsible Gambling

Waja44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all users. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and offers the following responsible gambling tools, which users may activate at any time by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified periods of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform where gambling is causing harm.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Waja44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waja44 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes arising under the applicable regulatory framework.
